The Python Clamp Mini combines a clamp with a revolving 3/8” and 5/8” Pass-thru receptacle. Both the clamp and pass-thru receptacle tighten via one T-knob, allowing for remarkable ease of use. The clamp can be positioned anywhere along a 3/8” or 5/8” rod, and it can swivel around the rod on its own axis to accommodate any position.

When used together with a rod and a Quick Mount Receiver to 3/8” Rod, the clamp is a great tool for mounting an action camera in any thinkable position.

The Savior Clamp Mini is the miniature version of its big brother the Savior Clamp. It has two uniquely shaped jaws that clamp firmly onto any shape: round, square, or flat. The clamp’s jaws always have multiple points of contact thus creating more grip than the competitor. The Savior Clamp Mini has 1/4”-20 and 3/8”-16 female threads on its jaws. The Savior with Socket is fitted with a hexagonal socket for 5/8” pins and it is tapped with one 1/4″-20 and one 3/8″-16 female threaded hole on each jaw. Python Clamp with Snap-in Socket

There is more to the Python Clamp than meets the eye. It can be adapted for use with many different accessories used in photo, video, stage, and visual merchandising. Some examples of use are:

Photo and Video: It can be used in a combination with a grip head, where by replacing the grip head’s two discs and replacing with the Python Clamp, the grip head is then able to clamp onto odd shaped objects and tubes up to 50mm.

Stage: It can be used in combination with a truss coupler to attach truss structures to regular building materials such as wood boards. It can also be used together with an adapter to hang lighting fixtures on a greater range of different mounting shapes.
Visual Merchandising: It can be used in combination with any 10mm rods to form shelves, hangers, or holders of any kind.
The Python Clamp with Snap-in Socket can be used with s 5/8” stud or spigot for quick, snap-in mounting capabilities. The socket snap-locks when a spigot or stud is inserted which means equipment can be placed/hung with one hand. The socket has an additional finger screw for securing the stud and to stop it from turning.

Visual Merchandising: It can be used in combination with any 10mm rods to form shelves, hangers, or holders of any kind.
The Python Clamp with 3/8” Male Thread has a 3/8”-16 threaded screw for mounting female threaded equipment like quick release plates, tripod heads, cheeseplates, and other 3/8” female threaded gear. The 3/8”-16 threaded screw is fixed and is independent from the tightening mechanism of the clamp.

All Python Clamps can have their center bolts removed, allowing use with any 3/8”-16 (10mm) threaded equipment.
